• Available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year
• Answered by an outside service using trained professionals
• Reports are sent to the Corporate Compliance Department
• Calls are not recorded/traced and Caller – ID is not used
• Callers may remain anonymous, if you chose
• Individuals can check back later on status and resolution of reports
