Confidentiality •While all patient records are confidential under Florida and federal laws, Florida's Omnibus AIDS Act makes HIV test results "superconfidential" - health care providers who know a test subject's HIV test result have additional obligations to the test subject to protect against further disclosure of records with such information. |
